(1)正确选择听力材料。在非英语专业复试中，一般院校的英语听力难度不会超过六级;因此听力材料的难度应适中，难度太大会使考生丧失信心，失去兴趣，产生抵触心理和恐惧感;太过简单又容易盲目自信和乐观。小编在此建议，如果手头没有现成的听力资料，六级真题的听力也是一个不错的选择。

基本命题的设计是从mba选拔的标准出发，设计出的用于挖掘考生背景材料和特征的问题。而挖掘背景材料最佳的方法是找出典型素材，典型素材又往往是和“最”字及学习、工作、生活中的转折点等联系最为密切，因此，基本的命题经常涉及下面的问题：

和“最”字有关的，比如，你最大的成功/失败/痛苦/幸福是什么?你记忆最深刻的一件事是什么?……对这样的问题，大家可自己构思一些，也可以从一些书中找一找，或采用“头脑风暴法”请朋友们一起想，关键是掌握“最”字的规律。

定位命题。

定位命题一般和个人的自我定位及个人特质相联系。如定位为管理者，就有可能会被问到关于管理风格、激励、沟通等问题;定位为人力资源经理的可能被问及绩效考评、人员培训安排、企业文化等问题。

为什么会出现定位命题呢?有三个原因，首先，mba面试是一个高度动态的交互过程，在这个过程中面试官起着主导的作用，他们从总体上控制着面试的节奏和进程，但面试的交互性使得面试官有时会自然地将问题集中在考生的隐含话题中;其次，定位说明了考生的成就、专长、个性等情况，面试官根据定位进行提问检验考生有更强的针对性;第三，根据定位进行提问，可使多数问题限制在一定的范围内，避免出现过多的生疏问题，影响面试的信度。

其他命题。

其他命题是指不便归类于基本命题和定位命题的问题，它包含的内容广泛而复杂。例如，社会经济生活中的热点问题，主要集中在管理、道德、经济、文化等范围，近几年由于网络经济和wto成为焦点，有关这些方面的问题也很容易出现。平时应注意关注社会经济等方面的热点问题，有选择地对重要问题进行分析并形成分析、解决这些问题的方法。又如，压力性测试问题，面试官可能提出诸如“你工作5年还毫无建树，我怎么能相信你是优秀的人才?”这样令人沮丧的问题，以测验考生的压力反应。

其他命题并不是没有规律可循，而是它太广泛，不像前面两类命题那样仅通过归结一定数量的问题就能命中相当的考题。所以，在有限的时间内，应将精力集中在对基本命题和定位命题的分析和把握上。

Good morning professors， First of all， please allow me to express my appreciation for the opportunity that you give me to join this interview.

My name is ***， English name Felix. I‘ve got my undergraduate education in Beijing Foreign Studies University， Majoring in *** in School of English and International Studies. The major for further education that I pursue here in Peking university is ***.

During the four years in BFSU， I’ve been given the traditional education on both English Literacy and Diplomacy， which cultivated me to view the world in an international perspective.

I‘ve been foreign teachers’ assistant for about three years and learnt to communicate with them and understand their way to think and act. This experience gives me much deeper understanding of different cultures.

I served as volunteers for many events held by the government and other organizations， such as Fortune Globle Forum 2005 and Euro-Asian Conference organized by the Ministry of Communications. 3分钟左右的自我介绍要重点准备,基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。自我介绍时思路要清楚，突出重点，口语要自然流畅。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息，可以精心设计一下自我介绍，也可以借鉴网上的范文，但一定要结合自身情况进行修改，凸显出自己的特色。

1) 我们一进入考场，考官一般都要求作自我介绍，开头可以用一句话引入，例如：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here. 然后就可以进入主题，介绍自己及相关的信息等等。

2) 自我介绍的主体内容

① 姓名，介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要慢要准。

② 年龄，年龄可说可不说，可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)，也可以加上家乡和家庭的介绍。

③ 原来的院校、专业：一定要把原来学校或公司的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚。在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位、职称的英文名称弄明白。

④ 性格、能力，可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的.专业有何积极的作用。以下是可供选择的形容词：carefully，detail-oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、

Aggressive、adaptable、amicable等等。

在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.

⑤ 爱好，一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义。

⑥ 你对报考的专业有兴趣，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响。
