1．加强组织领导力量。学校成立读书活动领导小组，

校长亲自抓；班级设置阅读机制，选威信高、负责任、具有较强组织能力的学生任读书组织委员，各班语文教师、班主任具体负责，对学生的阅读活动进行具体的指导、落实。

2、加强“书香校园”环境建设。营造浓郁的校园文化氛围，在校园醒目的位置张贴创建“书香校园”的宣传画、标语等。班级加强“书香班级”环境建设,完善读书角,开辟“读书园”（如设“格言栏”、“成语苑”、“诗歌园”“读书心得交流”等），营造符合班级特点的宽松愉悦的阅读环境。

3、构建理想课堂：通过读书活动，提高教师素质，提高课堂效率，充分地利用好课堂，最大限度地发挥教育效益，把课堂还给学生，尊重学生的主体地位，着眼于学生的全面发展。

由于学校硬件设施不完善，缺少图书馆，缺书。我们将有限的书籍分发给每个班级，并与学生的书籍相结合，建立班级图书角

4、完善“个人书橱”、“班级读书角”。学生在家中建个人的小书柜，提倡在家中与父母共赏，与小伙伴共读；每个班级完善班级读书角，充分利用学生的图书资源，围绕相关阅读主题充实书架，并登记照册，并建立健全相关阅读制度，实现资源共享；

5、保证阅读时间。设立“阅读课”（上午7:40-8:

10）中文老师负责下班后的指导和组织活动；与此同时鼓励学生开展“晨读”、“午读”、“晚读”、“双休日大阅读”，每天自觉读书时间不少于半小时。

6、明确阅读要求。学生每周选读一至二本书，作好读书笔记（内容可以是摘抄精美词句、内容摘要，也可以写自己的读书体会），每周一千字，每学期二万字。

语文教师要求：一是与作业相结合，避免加重学生的作业负担；第二，有安排和检查，每周至少复习一次学生的读书笔记。第三，每学期都有一个系统的阅读活动计划。

7、开展读书实践活动。班级读书活动除了学校组织的读书活动以外，每学期各班的读书活动应不少于三次，可以采用多种形式，组织学生展示汇报自己的阅读收获。如开展诵读比赛、读书演讲、讲故事比赛、读书报告会、古诗擂台赛、读书笔记展评、读书手抄报展览、读书心得交流、读书征文、 等各类读书活动，力求通过活动的开展，给学生提供展示自我的舞台，培养学生读书的兴趣。

8、发挥红领巾广播站的作用。开设“读书俱乐部”栏目，读好文章，讲故事、说读书心得、好书介绍，引导学生诵读经典。

Tom, your fierce talent on screen can only be surpassed by your friendship off screen; to Mr. Alejandro Iñárritu, as the history of cinema unfolds, you have forged your way into history these past two years. What an unbelievable talent you are! Thank you to you and Chivo for creating a transcendent cinematic experience for all of us.

Thank you to everybody at Fox and New Regency, and in particular, Arnon Milchan, you’re the champion of this endeavor; my entire team, I have to thank everyone from the very onset of my career:

Two years ago, we found ourselves submerged deep in nature with all of its complications and all the beauty that it gave us cinematically. This film was about survival, it was about adaptation, it was about the triumph of the human spirit; but more than anything, it was about trust, and there is no one more deserving of that trust than our director Alejandro Iárritu. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this journey with you. Your leadership, your vision, your acute attention to making every day so visceral and real for us, I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life. The depths to which he and Chivo and the entire crew went through was unfathomable.

And, I really want to thank the actors that I got to stand shoulder to shoulder with in this film, in particular, my good friend Tom Hardy, who is a beast and unbelievable talent. He was there every single day, who I know in real life would never bury me alive and leave me out in the cold to die like that. My makeup artist, Sian Grigg, you’re an unbelievable talent, thank you for all the genius you brought to this movie.

I have to congratulate the other incredible nominees this year for their unbelievable performances. “The Revenant” was a product of the tireless efforts of an unbelievable cast and crew I got to work alongside.

First off, to my brother in this endeavor, Mr. Tom Hardy. Tom, your fierce talent on screen can only be surpassed by your friendship off screen; to Mr. Alejandro Iñárritu, as the history of cinema unfolds, you have forged your way into history these past two years. What an unbelievable talent you are! Thank you to you and Chivo for creating a transcendent cinematic experience for all of us.

My name is Dongqi Yang from china, I am horror to be here today and I am very happy to receive this award.

As you can imagine, as international students in Australia, the biggest challenge is English,

I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me “do you understand?”， and I answered “no”， “So why do you laugh?” ”because I do not want to be embarrassed”!

But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rar than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.

When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?” she said:” because I said so!”

But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot.

Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.
